Pristine program for the New York debut of this celebrated one-man show written and performed by this dancer, choreographer, actor and singer (born 1948) that ran from 1996 to 2006. Crofoot's image spinning midair appears on the front wrapper and inner pages feature "Brief History" outlining Vaslav Nijinsky's life and career, list of accompanying music (Stravinsky, Chopin, Debussy, others) and thumbnail bio's of all those involved in its production. Tipped to blank inner front flyleaf is a fine heavy stock 5" X 3" card boldly signed in full by Crofoot in blue ballpoint and dated by him 19 July 1980 at upper right. Accompanied by a 6½" X 10¼" handbill advertising this New York premiere at the Harold Clurman Theatre with same spinning midair Crofoot image. Laid into the program is the original signature transmittal envelope. A delightful item for the Nijinskyenthusiast who has everything.
