This popular private detective series (1958-1964) pioneered this genre, leading the way for many law and order shows since, and cultural references to it still abound almost sixty years after it went off the air. Item #47907
Modern glossy black-and-white 10" X 8" photograph of the three primary cast members seated in a large convertible gazing at the viewer. Byrne signs an irregularly-trimmed, roughly rectangular 4" X 3½" slip, n.p., n.y. "Good luck to / Donald Burnell / Edd Byrne" penned large and bold in black fineline. Very good only. Several small tape stains at margins, touching upon several letters. Undated, but circa 1960. Smith and Zimbalist each sign a fine, matching, heavy stock 5" X 3" card: Smith signs in purple fineline and dates it 19 January 1985 at upper right; Zimbalist signs in blue ink and dates it 17 November 1986 at upper right.
