Handsome later printing of the hefty 1926 "Inclusive edition," with subtitle elaborating: "From the text of the edition authorized and editorially supervised by his literary executors, Richard Maurice Bucke, Thomas B. Harned, and Horace L. Traubel." Though undated, the jacket and internal clue suggest 1970s vintage. Interesting and attractive addition to this definitive edition: Tipped to front flyleaf is a fine 5½" X 8" printed Whitman portrait and facsimile signature, likely a bookplate from a ca. 1900 edition.
