A tight and quite handsome revised edition of these rules and regulations "adopted by Twenty-third National Convention" held in Denver, Colorado in 1905. This organization was founded in 1879 to aid the G.A.R. in its patriotic mission of perpetuating memories of the Union forces in the Civil War. This exceptionally bright copy, with gilt lettering as bright as new, bears the front flyleaf boldly pencilled ownership signature of "Julietta's Book. / Past Dept. President / of Wis.[consin] of W.R.C."
