A tight, quite nice first edition of this classic history of the early 19th century porcelain or pottery with the metallic glaze -- this copy boldly signed and inscribed by a co-author in blue ballpoint on front flyleaf: " 'May this add lustre to your collecting'-- ' / Warren Baker - M.D. / May 5, 1960." A lovely copy of an uncommon title seldom found signed.
