This American commercial artist (art director, New York's Kenyon & Eckhart Advertising Agency) designed, among other things, the 1959 eight-cent "World Peace Through World Trade" U.S. stamp. Signed Postal Cover, 6½" X 3½", n.p., n.y. Single mint 8-cent "World Peace Through World Trade" stamp at upper right. Fine. NOT a First Day Cover. At lower left, in brown fineline the same color as the stamp itself, Baker signs in full, large and bold. Unusual. Item #25519
