Prime Minister of Liechtenstein from 1928 to 1945. Large, bold signature ("Fr. Jos. Hoop") and below this his title ("Furstl.[icher] Regierungschef") in his usual homely scrawl, heavy stock 4" X 3¼" slip, n.p., n.y. Very good. On the verso of an autograph request from three young American brothers. Item #22667
