Handsome ALS, 1p, 5½" X 9", Oliver's Mills, PA, 1903 June 10. Addressed to Captain Isaac P. Gregg, who was in charge of gathering appropriate noteworthies for the dedication of an equestrian statue of General Joseph Hooker. Very good. Slight age toning.
