Addressed to H.C.W. Melick. Very good. Some age toning. On letterhead of "The Abraham Lincoln Association" (which lists Angle as Secretary), Angle notes: "Governor Emmerson has handed me your letter of February thirteenth in regard to the Lincoln meeting held here on February eleventh...."
