Partly-printed ADS, 1p, 7½" X 3", Washington, D.C., 1919 July 30. Very good. Handsome check drawn on The Riggs National Bank, with a bank vignette at left, made out in Hutcheson's hand to "Camp Quartermaster Laundry" for $9.88 and boldly signed. Usual cancellation perforations, not affecting text. Uncommon.
