Simic (1938-2023) was the Pulitzer Prize-winning Serbian-American poet and recipient "Bill" is Bill Pauly (1942-2021), a poet especially known for haikus and long-time English professor at Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa. A title rarely found signed.
