Lovely and tight copy of this fine edition, limited to 200 copies, with Icelandic and English texts side by side. An Old Norse narrative poem, it dates possibly as early as the ninth century a.d. Colophon at rear notes "Designed by K.M." -- and best of all this is KM's personal copy, with the custom "KM" bookplate of K. Kimber Merker (1932-2013), founder of Iowa's noted Stone Wall Press, affixed inside the front wrapper.
