Calf spine and corners are rather rough (especially at spine head/tail), though text block is quite tight and near fine. Item #48346
A tight and decent copy of the revised second edition of this in-depth study that's unfortunately well illustrated. The nauseating color plates are certainly not for the faint of heart or weak of stomach. Don't know what the sigmoid flexure is? Consider yourself lucky.
