Health and Wealth from Cooking with little or no water.

N.p. N.p., n.y. Paperback. 24mo. Stiff orange wrappers. 23pp. Illustratios, chart. Very good. Faintest of wear to outer wrappers only, else tight and internally fine. Item #47479

Probable sole edition of this bibliographically challenged pamphlet, undated but likely of 1920s vintage. Before you declare this concept for a recipe booklet bizarre and a sure recipe for dehydration rather than clear path to health and wealth, consider this: It accompanied what's called here an "Aluminum Cooker: Clamp-Seal Type" -- a pressure cooker, in other words. With all moisture retained within this kitchen bomb, little water was indeed needed. The health connection makes sense, as vitamins and minerals and such are indeed retained cooking in this manner, but the wealth claim is a bit of a stretch. Unusual.
