Uncommon Modern Library Giant (#G52) in outstandingly bright and tight condition. First published in this form in 1940 and here a "New Edition, Corrected and Reset." This copy bears two choice autograph additions: Tipped to front flyleaf are two fine, matching heavy stock 5" X 3" cards signed by two stars of the 1967 film version. At top is MILO O''SHEA, who signs boldly in blue ink and dates it 27 December 1968 at upper right, and below this is MAURICE ROEVES, who signs boldly in black ballpoint and dates it 13 July 1988 at upper right. O'Shea (1926-2013) plays Leopold Bloom and Roeves (1937-2020) plays Stephen Dedalus in this film adaptation that received mixed reviews. Seldom seen in this superlative condition and never seen with these relevant added signatures. Laid in is the original O'Shea transmittal envelope.
