The New Yorker: September 22, 1945.

New York: F-R Publishing Corporation, 1945. Paperback. 4to. Stiff color wrappers. 80pp. Illustrations, line drawings, advertisements (some color). Very good. Item #44731

Quite nice and tight copy (Volume XXI, Number 32) of the famed weekly begun in 1925. Charming front wrapper art by Abe Birnbaum (1899-1966) depicts a small fenced New York back yard with rows of mature corn filling most of it and a family at a picnic table in foreground eating (what else?) corn on the cob.
