Front wrapper art by the prolific Perry Barlow (1892-1977) shows a just-returned U.S. Navy sailor admiring himself in a clothing store full-length dressing room mirror as a tailor watches, a snazzy double-breasted suitcoat over his blue bell-bottomed jumpsuit.
