Tight, nice copy (Volume XXI, Number 1) of the famed weekly begun in 1925. Front wrapper art by illustrator Rea Irvin (1881-1972) depicts the same iconic "Eustace Tilley" head-and-shoulders portrait created for the magazine's 21 February 1925 debut issue and run periodically afterward.
