Fine and bold presentation inscription and signature in blue ballpoint on front flyleaf to a nephew: "A Merry Christmas / to Phil & Georgia / from 'Uncle Karl' and / family. / 1963 / Karl Menninger." Karl (1893-1990) co-founded the famed Menninger Clinic with younger brother William (1899-1966). Philip B. (1928-2016) was one of William's three children and a long-time Menninger Clinic staffer.
