Tight and quite nice first edition of this thick manual which boasts on front jacket panel it "is not a conventional textbook. It is instead, a series of essays on asthma designed primarily for graduate and undergraduate medical students and family physicians...." Uncommonly nice copy -- and not, as are many, ex-library.
