This architect husband-and-wife duo created a series of historical buildings, all meticulously drawn to scale on heavy partly-color stock -- as the presentation envelope touts, "three-dimensional, quarter-inch scale, color model / ready to cut and construct." Instruction sheet (captioned "Old Plaza Firehouse No. 1") describes contents as "1 base (on heavy cardboard), 2 structural sheets (on light cardboard), 4 black and red sheets, 1 black and green sheet, and 1 flagpole (wood)." Superbly detailed rendition of this California landmark, superb condition – unusual to find entirely unconstructed!
