"Congressional Record" leaflet containing Lamneck's lengthy speech titled "Preserve Liberty by Protecting the Supreme Court," delivered on the floor of the House on 10 February 1937. On February 5th President Roosevelt unveiled legislation to enlarge the Supreme Court in order to insure support to push through his New Deal measures; the legislation failed. Lamneck gave this address critiquing FDR's measure a few days later. He signs at upper left on the first page bold and large in black ink. Really unusual.
