Bold signature in blue ballpoint, heavy stock 5" X 3" card, n.p., 1969 November 13. Near fine. With original envelope with partial return address in her hand. Accompanied by a superb 9" X 7" black and white glossy photograph, a 1977 ABC-issued portrait of her and Pat Boone.
