Mild bit of jacket wear; ownership signature on front pastedown. A tight and handsome later printing of these (to cite front jacket panel) "Indiscretions of a LAdy of Wit and Opinion," signed small but bold by her in black ink on the front flyleaf, where she also dates it "St. Paul -- Oct. 26th " Chase (1900-78) was a lightweight writer and columnist who occasionally graced the stage ("The Women," 1937) and the screen ("Now Voyager," 1942).
