Law the Working-Man Should Know.

Girard, KS: Haldeman-Julius Publications, 1929. Paperback. 32mo. Stiff pale blue wrappers. 62pp. Very good. Slightest bit of fading at wrapper edges, and usual mild even age toning to text pages, but overall tight and clean and quite handsome. Item #18203

Number 1427 in this publisher's massive "Little Blue Book" series, edited by Emanuel Haldeman-Julius (1889-1951), who founded this popular 10-cent reprint series in 1919. Edition cannot be ascertained with Haldeman-Julius titles with any certainty -- presumably the first or earliest printings bore blue wrappers (hence the series title), whereas later printings are found with orange or tan wrappers. Uncommonly nice condition.
