Mimeographed press release titled "Five Republican Congressmen in Lincoln Day Broadcast Over CBS" and consisting of texts of patriotic speeches aired over the Columbia Broadcasting System on February 12, 1938, by Stefan and four other Congressman -- Daniel A. Reed, Leo A. Allen, B. Carroll Reece and Charles W. Tobey. Signed huge and bold Stefan (who adds "MC / Nebraska") in blue ink at upper right of the first page. Quite unusual in this format.
