This Native American of Yakima ancestry led several lives: "Injun" performer in Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show and Pawnee Bill's traveling show, long-time popular Chautauqua lecturer and Hollywood technical advisor on a handful of Westerns from the 1920s through 1950s -- but always a strong Native American rights advocate. Large full signature in blue ink on a 5¼" X 4" slip, n.p., n.y. (undated, but circa 1930). Very good. Excellent example of this uncommon signature.
